I have been on SP for just over a month, and it is working - Knowing how the beginning of a new school year usually goes for me, losing 5 pounds is a godsend! The people here are really nice, supportive & understanding. The information is great. And, anytime day or night that you feel like you need support, SP is here for you. Hey all. My name is Beth and I just turned 36. I'm very excited about being apart of SP. I have a husband and 2 kids (ages 5 and 11). I have a couple of family members who are also trying to lose weight so I'm hoping to share some Spark and get them on here as well. :) I'm great at starting diet and exercise plans but never good at keeping at it for more than a few weeks. Joining a community like SP is new for me though so I'm hoping it will help me stay motivated and finally begin seeing some weight loss. I figure it's better to keep trying then give up altogether so here I am. I look forward to meeting everyone else on SP and sharing our journey's together.
