Hello all, Im knew to Spark People... I am really engoying it so far. I am wanting to get it going, however motivation seems to be my problem. My husband seems to think that telling me I cant do it is his way of helping motivate me to begin working out... Im 225 or so right now. I am bloated but my weight is actually 219. THe most ive ever weighed is 265 and that was after I had my youngest who is now almost 11yrs old. about 8yr.s ago I went through a divorce from my first husband and lost 100 pounds. I know I can do it. I just cant get started. Or I should say, I get started then I begin eating everything in front of me. Im definately an emotional eater.... I need all the help/friends I can get...
