If you have to eat your favorite treats, eat them in a smaller size. My problem is ice cream and late night snacking, so I am in a constant battle with myself at night not to eat. But I am taking it for what it's worth, TODAY. I don't think about yesterday's missteps nor tomorrow's probablys (sp). I can't change the past nor predict the future, I can only live in right now. And that is you.

Linda! I am the same way, my youngest is 7years old... I fluctuate on my size like crazy, but somehow, never back to the size I started at. (size 5-6) I have been riding the roller coaster btwn 16 at the highest, to 8 at the lowest when I am lucky.... Just never give up!
Hi I'm Linda - I have three children 20, 7 and 6. I am the same weight I was when I had my last child. So it's been about 6 years. I lose 2 then gain 4. It's a never ending cycle. I can't seem to stop eating my favorite foods which are all the bad foods for you. I joined Sparks a couple of months ago but didn't really go on it. I'm once again saying to myself today is the day. Hoping with the support this will be the last time I have to say today is the day.
