Today I did day 10 of level 2 (after 10 days of level 1). Whew, I am tired!! I've been really wanting to take a day break, but not letting myself do so! So I've done 20 days total so far :-D
Level 2 was tough, especially at first! I wouldn't say it was easy, but it definitely got easier. Tonight I finished all of the exercises (the HARD versions) which I am pretty proud of. I really struggled with the circuit 3 of strength and didn't think I could do the hard version all the way through but I did it (and yes, Jillian, my shoulders were BURNING! lol).
Tomorrow is level 3 and I am scared! My goals this week is to survive level 3 and eat healthy!
