I'm really, very active and have been doing other workouts, prior to doing "Shred", once again. I get bored rather quickly, so I have to change things up constantly. Also, I do a 3 mile Leslie Sanson's DVD - "Walk at Home, Walk your Belly Flat" before I do the "Shred"...I do this for a much better warm-up, also for more of a workout. I just don't feel like I'm accomplishing anything with a 20 minute workout. It's just the way I am, if I'm not soaked to the bone, after a workout, then I feel I did nothing. Call me CRAZY! lol!!!

That's GREAT that you have noticed a change, I know...how exciting that is...especially when you need to go and buy NEW clothes...Woohooo....

Wow, its great you are not sore. On day three I could hardly move, which surpised me because I run, and thought I was in pretty good shape. I have less than a week left.. I defenitely notice a change in the way my clothes fit, and a major improvement in my strength. good luck

Hi Shredders!

It's day 3 for me and I'm shredding along! I feel great, not sore, not tired..however, I do have to admit I'm sleeping much better!
