I'm really, very active and have been doing other workouts, prior to doing "Shred", once again. I get bored rather quickly, so I have to change things up constantly. Also, I do a 3 mile Leslie Sanson's DVD - "Walk at Home, Walk your Belly Flat" before I do the "Shred"...I do this for a much better warm-up, also for more of a workout. I just don't feel like I'm accomplishing anything with a 20 minute workout. It's just the way I am, if I'm not soaked to the bone, after a workout, then I feel I did nothing. Call me CRAZY! lol!!!
That's GREAT that you have noticed a change, I know...how exciting that is...especially when you need to go and buy NEW clothes...Woohooo....
