I started this in the middle of July so I am on Level 2 Day 6. It is exhausting and I have a tough battle with food which is why I am not seeing the results that most people see. I plan on staying true to myself though and just getting thru it the best I can. I will stick with this though and finish out by mid August which I hope all of you finish by the end of August. You will have those days that you don't want to do it, but listen to me it does not help at all! Stick with it everyone! Good luck!

Just joined this group - hi guys!

I am on Day 3, Level 1. Had to take yesterday off as I somehow injurred my calf muscle (literally had to walk sideways down the stairs). It's still very tender but tried to modify the circuit 1 cardio to give it a rest.

Gotta say I love this workout - particularly how quick and high impact it is. I just wish this darn calf would get better so I can give 100%... any tips?

Hey ladies,

Just finished day 9 Level 1 and I am already seeing results. My tush is definitely lifted and there is new definition in my arms and back. emoticon

With these results, I'm excited to move on to Level 2

Can't wait for the end results!

Raisbaib - I have started 30 DS many times but never make it past level 1. I'm not sure if it's because I get bored or if I just don't commit to doing it every day. Someone suggested that I start on level 2, but I wonder if I'd get bored doing that for so long?

Maybe you can start at level 2 and do it for 15 days and then do level 3 for 15 days? Just a suggestion - but I'm certainly no expert!

Anyway - to the rest of the group - I'm a little late getting started, but I'll be doing Day 1, Level 1 when I get home from work this evening. Wish me luck!

Keep it simple - complications make things complicated!

Has anyone skipped ahead to level 2 before doing level 1 for ten days? I have only done level 1 for 4 days and it is less of a challenge but I find I am bored with it. I know if I want to keep working out with it I am going to have to change it up.

I'm actually on Day 1 of Level 3. It just kicked my butt. My advice is to watch the level before you move up so you do the exercises correctly. Or after Day1 on a level go back, and review the moves. I have only lost about 7lbs BUT I have lost so many inches. I wish I would have measured myself. My tops are getting big, and my pants are comfy again. Also, I fit into a pair of jeans that have been hiding in closet yesterday and wore them comfortably all day!

I tried it about 6 months ago and after the first workout I couldn't do it again. Hoping to have more motivation this time, I am starting it again today.

I started the 1st of July and had illness, then I started July 9th and did fine until July 24th and have been super stressed with body aches and mild chest pain so I did not want to hurt myself ..... so it looks like I am going to try again. I was still on level 1 and don't feel ready level 2.
