i may be ready for some new Jillian DVD's by xmas. i am doing 30 day shred for the 2nd time this year. i did it in january and i decided i wanted to do it again to give my metabolism a jump start for fall.

i'll keep watching this team for posts that have good suggestions.

My husband and I found the "Ripped in 30" week 1 workout easier than the 30-Day Shred Level 1.

I haven't compared the other levels yet as I have only done 30-DS L2 for now and not yet Week 2 of RIPw2 (that's for next week)

Anyone else feels this way? Is this going to change at higher levels?

I have been doing the 30 day shred for 12 days now and I am happy with my measurement results.... I still HATE jumping jacks but I just ordered the get ripped DVD so I can eventually rotate them when I get bored.

Have you thought about rotating them?

I am currently doing what I call the 30-Day SH/RIPPED, a combination of 30-Day Shred and Ripped in 30. I am doing Day 16 today and I am loving it - well figure of speech, let's say I love the results I have been seeing so far... LOL

though i've never really used them, i've goofed of with them (felt great afterword) but never used them. so i think i'll start with 30 day shred and then.....
