My husband and I found the "Ripped in 30" week 1 workout easier than the 30-Day Shred Level 1.
I haven't compared the other levels yet as I have only done 30-DS L2 for now and not yet Week 2 of RIPw2 (that's for next week)
Anyone else feels this way? Is this going to change at higher levels?
