I did it yesterday i.e the level 1 workout and wayyyyyy boy that was sooooooo hard but i felt good after

Good luck to you all and take you a day or two to switch it up. My hubby and I walk for 30 minutes at a fast pace around the neighborhood. I usually burn about 300 calories give or take. You can map your route in the my fitness page. This way you won't get burnt out on it but you still burn some calories. emoticon

Wow, that's great. I think I lost about 2 lbs but haven't weighed myself yet. Will weigh in tomorrow morning. My husband says I look as if I lost more weight this week though. I can't do it every day it is to much for me. I try to alternate with running though and try to atleast get one day of both.

Hi, I just started doing the 30DS this week and I found myself losing a lb per day. I have lost 5lbs in 5 days and I really love how intense the exercise is.
