Glad you are here. This is a great team with lots of great people.
Don't get overwhelmed, do the "one day at a time" thing.

How about you pick one thing like drinking water or eating breakfast do this for 15 days, now pick one more thing to work on. Just keep adding on till you have a healthy life style!!!!

Read the labels on the food you regularly eat and keep a food log. Good, not so good, write it all down. "If you bite it, you write it!!!!" See if you can find a pattern.

Keep posting and let us know how it is going!!

Watching salt intake also trying not to buy foods that have high fructose corn syrup, sugar, rice syrup, corn syrup, fructose, sucrose etc. in the first three ingredients.

No foods that have more than 3 ingredients that I can not pronounce.

If an item has more than 10 ingredients I put it on the Do Not Buy List as it is too processed.

but not so new at losing and gaining weight my whole life. I am 328 pounds...........I just really don't know how I let myself get here. Now, I feel overwhelmed at the amoung of weight I need to lose. I just want my life back and I struggle everyday. I wake up with good intentions and then I blow it. I really want to get this weight off and I won't give up. So, glad to be here. emoticon
