Welcome to the Group Celeste, and Happy New Year too!
While the Wii-Fit is a tool in the weight-loss tool bag, it's not a panacea and is no substitute to hard work the old fashioned way (eat less, exercise more, etc.). Here are are among friends; we're all in this Caravan together.
"What Caravan?" Dare you ask? See my Feb 5th 2012 blog, and read others, forward, from there. And once again, welcome aboard!

My name is Celeste. I am 27 years old. I'm currently 205 lbs which at 5'1 is not a good thing. I am an emotional eater and have been for years. When I turned 27, back in April, I had to quit karate shortly afterwards due to both of my knees going out. They've been sore ever since.
I am tired of looking in the mirror and being ashamed. I have been a part of SP in the past, but I am back and I am BEYOND ready to change my life for good!
Today, I pulled out my WII Fit Board again and even got batteries! So, no excuses, I am ready to Wii Fit!
I am hoping to lose about 65 lbs!
I look forward to talking to everyone.
