Winnie, that's great. Why don't you post what you have tried, like, dislike, improvements you would make, etc. Many would be particularly interested in sequences or other routines you find beneficial.
I like the Balance Games the most - almost all of them. They are treats to me. I use them as rewards for doing some of the more distasteful, other activities (strength - yuck...).
