Hi I have been off and on with SP. Had to stop last year computer crashed. Finally I was able to get new one. In the mean time I started using my Wii in Sept 2011. I really started to enjoy my workout. I started out slow, 3 days a week.I got my computer in Nov 2011. By this time I was using the Wii 5 days a week. The more I worked out the more I made a challenge for myself. I had forgot about SP until a friend who I told about SP, said when are you coming back? So here I am. I have tried several . I'm going for the gusto this time.
