I love SparkGuy's challenge to do just 10 minutes a day. That is how I started and it has really helped with my consistency. Before that, I was haphazard in my efforts. Now I am a little more focused.

I'm new here too, also relatively new to Spark (this is about day 15 for me). I do try to integrate the Wii Fit into my workouts. I just wish I had more gnarly control over it.

I just love the WII, I try to work out 4 to 5 days a week . this is my goal for new year
