greetings. I wanted to start getting more active and tracking my progress. I have kids in school and one out of school. So I don't have alot of freedom to just go out and do things. And living on a single income (my husbands) really restricts what I have access to.

We'd been gifted from my parents with a Wii, and its accessories.. including a Wii Balance Board and Wii Fit and Wii Fit Plus.

I like the Wii Fit Plus, and being able to do routines. I like having a random routine.. because I don't know what I like, and what would target what I want to target. But I've run into a Snag. Every random routine I do.. I end up with that stupid Skateboarding one, and I don't see any way to block it from showing up. And since I had it thrown at me several days in a row.. about 2 weeks ago.. I haven't been able to work out..

My condition:
I am very flexible for my size and can push myself a fair bit before I feel the stretch/burn.
I have a large belly. A prenatal condition left me overstretched and instead of addressing my health concerns drs put me on *2* antidepressants at a time for 6 months which compounded the belly issue. So, this belly gets in the way of everything I do.
My calves have become super tight, with deep deep knots in the upper calf just below the knee.
My knees are not doing very well at all and I need to take it easy on them.
I question whether I need to do anything that focuses on my legs. There's a lot of muscle there and don't they get a workout standing and doing other things for the rest of my body?
My spine isn't in the best shape. I get a lot of twinges and tingling in my arms and legs.. that usually come with a mis-alignment or pinched something.. it gets frustrating.

What would I like?
Maybe some guidance to layout a routine that I can enjoy and focus on boosting energy and endurance and burning down my fat reserves. I would like to focus on my Tummy, and my Upperbody. When I get that going well and lost enough that I won't do damage to my joints, then maybe look at adding leg toning exercises.

I'm trying to drink a bit more water too, and trying (not very well) to modify my diet. I have a very very bad habit of not eating all day. I am trying to change this, but it's a big journey.
