I have let myself go in the past two years. I am looking for support and advice on how to get back in shape with a busy family and work life. I am a 35 year old mom to a 2 year old daughter and a 14 year old step son. I live in MT and my outdoor activities will soon be limited somewhat due to the cold weather setting in! I was very active and athletic in my younger years but I have discovered that I really hate to excercise so I see it as a chore. Any help and encouragement is appreciated :)
