I am a sophomore in college going to school for Bio-medical Science. I started out at 180lbs and I have lost about 10lbs in a month or so. I think that by gaining more connections with other who are going through the same things I am, I will be able to stay focused on my goal. I would love to be able to run a 5K obstacle course (warrior dash) in July so hopefully if I start now, I will be able to reach my goal. My goal weight is between 190lbs-200lbs (no smaller), that is a size that I feel I will be very comfortable in. Feel free to add me! I definielty need the support and motivation!!
