Hi - Brand new here, and not sure what to say or what to make of the program, though. On the one hand, it feels like just another in a very long line of diets, and on the other hand, I need *something*, so I'm trying this... Also, I was just diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, and my doctor put me on medicine and told me that I need to lose weight. I've needed to lose weight for about 25 years, so this is nothing new. So I guess I'm hoping that this site and the community will help me stick with something.
