My name is Jackie and I've been a SP'er for a while but on and off - lately mostly off.
Recently a friend re-introduced me to my wii board and I got Fit Plus which I have been playing with for the past week.
My wii fit age seems to vary a lot (is that normal?). Usually it comes in around 42, which is -5 on my actual age. That is a bit surprising since I am both very overweight and also very out of shape.
I am trying to do a daily fitness test and 20 minutes of mixed stretches and cardio. I willnup that number as the exercises get easier.
I am weighing myself in kilograms partly because I don't want to get all hung-up on numbers and also because that was the default of my board. I've lost a little over a kilogram so far. I'm not actively dieting at this point -- just trying to drink more water, be more active and watch my evening eating. I log my food into SP, or at least I try to do that daily - just to increase my self-awareness.
I am hoping this group will help me stay motivated to keep up with the wii and achieve a greater fitness level.
