Hi all! My name is Karen and I just joined this group last week. I was glad to find you as I am really enjoying Wii Fit and Zumba. I am working on incorporating exercise into my life and find that Wii is a great way to do it. I am starting week 4 of a streak of doing wii yoga, advanced step and zumba daily. I have just started introducing the exercises to strengthen my core. I started at 10 minutes a day and am now up to 30-40 minutes a day. I am really excited because this is the longest streak of exercising I can remember and I am enjoying it. I joined because I want to connect to others using wii to share experiences and stay motivated.
