Hello everyone, I have been a Sparker for a while now however I am new to Wii Fit, just started yesterday - whew, fun and did I sweat! So far I have lost a little over 50 pounds (healthy eating and exercise, without my Wii) and am working on the next 85, hoping that using my Wii will help to keep it fun. I am excited to join this team and hear all about how all of you are doing it, any tips and ideas as well. Here is to our health!
