Hi, I got a Wii Fit Plus a couple weeks ago and really am enjoying it. I am in northern Michigan and I do not do well with indoor exercise. I've been really happy with playing on the Wii. I try to do 30 minutes a day and/or about 900 cals a week. It's more than what I was doing before I got the Wii!
I have lots of kids and it's been fun racing against them. A couple of my kids will do the exercises and running with me. My six year old does the obstacle course alongside me and he actually helps me a lot! :) It's cute.
My goal is to get down to 145 by my birthday in October. I need to lose a little less than a pound a week--about 38 pounds in total.
