Yes they have it for wii fit. I want to use it as a reward. I got into the habit of lose some weight get close to a goal put some back on horse play around and never do what I wanted and then say I could do it if I had.... and I buy it. I have so many things that I thought would work. I should rent it. I told my self I buy nothing more till I reach 118 then as my reward for working really hard I get. I am back using all the things that I thought would help me get in shape and it is almost killing me not being able to get something new. This not getting new is the only thing I have stuck to.

I do have the Wii Fit Plus. I saw a post that included a workout generator for the Wii Fit Plus, I think I may need to just play around with it some more. I did like the dang flying chicken thing for some reason. :) Thanks for the help! I'll have to keep checking it out.

I'll second what LynnBaum said about you shouldn't be intimidated. Just jump right in, try all the different things the Wii Fit has and you'll be a pro in no time. There were a few exercises on it that I avoided for a long time because I thought I would not like them or be able to do them; I was happily surprised when I finally did them. So don't skip over things. Try it all so you can make up your mind about what you like and what works for you.
Did you win the original Wii Fit or the Wii Fit Plus? I ask because the Plus version gives you the ability to create Routines where you can get through yoga and strength exercises without so much pausing and clicking in between each one. There still is some of that; but less than in the individual sections so you might want to try it. If you have the original version, you might think about buying the Plus version software if you can. It is less than $20 since you already have the balance board. It offers everything that's in the original plus a bunch more.

OH Please we are your friends and love giving free advise. I get to go first. I love the marble game. As for the running it takes me longet to run on the treadmill or outside then it does on the wii. I think the count is a little off. As for that step thing you get points for matching the wii not working hard. The boxing will kick your but. Tha marble is just fun. Have fun. 2 cents and I was first. I still don't get that socker thing or the downhill thing The hula hoop is harder 1 way but too much fun. Go a head and put it on 10 min and start at 10 you will soon scream I never knew 10 min could be so long. Lynn

So, I won a wii fit and I've set it up and used it once. I really want to use it, but I'm completely intimidated by the options and the going in and out of individual excercises (yoga poses) seemed awkward. I'm planning to use it to "run" tonight and looking over the some of the posts I see there are a ton of possibilities, but now I'm really intimidated!
