Hi all, I am re-upping my wii fit daily routine because it went to pot during the school year (I am a teacher). Y'all seem very positive and supportive so even though I am shy and kind of anti-social here goes.
I'm giving myself a year to lose 50 pounds which is pretty radical since it took me 20 years to gain it a couple of pounds a year.
Let me know if there is anything I can do to help the group.
