Hi there - I have been on SP for about 3 years now, but not active. I was pretty active in 2008, and lost about 30 lbs. I came back about a month ago and am really enjoying being back in the game.
I started my exercise routine a month ago using the Wii Fit Plus. I try to do it 4-5 times a week, at least 30 minutes. I made a routine that is about 20 minutes long with Yoga and Strength exercises. Then I do Rhythm boxing and Advanced Step. After that I get on my exercise bike for 30-45 minutes.
We've had the Wii Fit for quite some time, my Mii says it's my 706th day today! However, I just crossed 10 hours of use. It has been neglected for many, many months. I really am enjoying using it now for my exercise. I used to only really use it for body tests.
I am a 36 year old Stay at Home Mom of 3: Ages 17, 9 and 3. I have been overweight since I had my daughter, 17 years ago. I have had a few successes over the years - the most recent was when I lost 65 lbs in 2003-2004. Eventually I gained all but about 10 lbs back. I had my son in 2006, and my SP high is from Jan after he was born. I haven't been back up to that weight, thank goodness, but I got within 10 lbs! In 2008 I lost the 30 lbs and was really happy. But before I knew it, 10, then 20, then 30 came back.
