Hi welcome,I am 42 and use to work out every day with my wii fit plus. But I got hurt and and missed 2 1/2 weeks of doing something because of my back. I have not been with it since. I need to get started to do it every night again. No breaks because that's when it is harder to get back in the zone.
I am 51 and finally getting my act together. I love love love my wii fit and board, I even bought the wii fit plus. Needing to be challenged as I don't have anyone at home willing to do any of it with me, so I don't do it on a regular basis. So glad I found this group, looking forward to competitions and challenges and getting fit with friends!!!!!
First goal to reach 175. Next goal 170....next goal 165...next goal 160. 5 pounds at a time. Some day I want to be 140.
Only losing 5 pounds at a time, giving myself plenty of time to do it, so I don't pressure myself and feel like a failure if I don't meet that goal.
