Hi there, Good luck getting rid of the extra pounds. I have gained some weight as well by taking a brake from fitness things. I was getting toned and I lost it all. I got sick and did not exercise and got in a rut by relaxing every night after putting my son to bed. Having my tea and a snack. I just joined a gym I have not gone yet. But if we are not to late after going to the stores I will go to the gym.
I have been...hem hem..."taking a break" from fitness and dieting and have packed the pounds I lost back on...I just recently got a WiiFit Plus and I LOVE IT!!! I havn't seen any results yet, but can't wait to share my success with everyone!
