Hi, my name is Karen. I live in Omaha and am 56 years old. I have been obese most of my adult life and have Diabetes. Last June I went to my doctor and my diabetes was out of control. I got so scared that I vowed I was never going to fear going to the doctor again! From that 1st day in June, 2009 I turned my life around. I joined sparkpeople also in June and have since lost almost 100 pounds and have stopped taking 2 of my 3 medications for diabetes. Now I want to get focused on moving and Wii Fit is my choice for now. Today was my 1st day, but it was fun and definitely got my heart rate up! I would like to find out how to track minutes on the Wii Fit on the fitness tracker. If someone knows how, please let me know!

Welcome there are plenty of people around here some one can usually help you with your problem. I do not know how to help you but good luck in doing so. I am addicted to fitness games. I have a lot the recent is walk it out. It seems cool. Right now I am using the wii board the mat does not work that I got. I need another.

Hey I am form North east Nebr. welcome to the group was so sick for over 10 days, couldn't do anything all I did was cough but I am better so back to wii and walking at school!

hello, I'm Deanna I am a 42 year old nurse from Nebraska. My husband and I bought a wii about a year ago and I ahve become addicted to the fitness games. I alternatethe wii fit, my fitness coach 1 and 2, the biggest loser, EA sports active and I just recently got Walk it out (awesome). I have lost about 20 pounds and my goal is to lose about 6 more and tone up those muscles. I joined Sparkpeople and this team to keep me motivated and on track. I have had both my knees replaced and the wii has been a great tool to keep me moving. Would love any advice on how to adapt some of the kneeling and knee flexing exercises.
