The one that I seem to trip myself over is the step aerobics. Some days I'm really good at it, some days I'm missing a bit. Like today. I missed 5. not bad, but still.. I wanna try and get more "perfect's" and "Okay's" than "misses".
I love the rythmic boxing, too.....I like the step aerobics but i'm so uncordinated it's not even funny. i usually trip over my own feet.....lol. i've been working on my balance with the balance games-the soccer heading is interesting for me-i seem to hit the stuff i'm not supposed to hit....lol

I've been doing the Wii Fit off / on for a year now. I'm actually starting have fun with it now than I used to before. My starting weight was 260 now I'm down to 255.7. hoping to reach my goal of 150 towards the end of next year.
