I'm new to the team, but not to sparks... been active on sparks for about a year... lost 20lbs (my original goal) and realize I have to exercise to stay at a healthy weight.
Then summer came (I am a kindergarten teacher) and my structure left, and I gained 5-6 back and haven't exercised at all since July.
I've had my Wii since mother's day (I have a 13,11 and 8 year old), and used it a lot in the 1st 6 weeks. I do like it, as much as any exercise, and know that as winter comes to Michigan, it's my best shot for being able to exercise on my busy schedule.
Looks like there's a lot of help and support here.
