Like so many of us multi-tasking (and in most cases over-tasking, lol) has essentially taken priority and I'm somehow lost myself in the mix. As a result I have resorted to a "couch potato" mode from being so darn worn out. During my time of denial I put on more weight that I'd ever like to admit and have decided that now is the time to KICK myself back to life.
I say "back to life" because for the longest I have been concerned with everything else but, well... my own life. A failed attempt to make it to base camp one on Mt Fuji this past August was my wake up call!
I just purchased the Wiifit for my birthday, this past friday, and have been clocking minutes daily ever since.
