I lost my first 20 lbs on the Wii fit. I think it is cool. I still plan on using it. It just does not work up a good sweat like other workouts do. I was planning on using it tonight but I just got home from a bbq and it is late. I was on me feet the last 3 hours they are sore.

It depends where you are on with weight loss. To say it isn't challenging might be discouraging to some. It was challenging for me when I started. I lost 20 pounds with just the Wii fit. Then I started to become more fit and it wasn't cutting it so I moved on to My Fitness Coach. But the Wii fit was there when I needed it, challenged me when I needed it and got my butt in gear!! LOL
I love mine also...it's fun but I find just not challenging enough

I never thought a video game could get me in shape and lose weight. I love it as well. The only thing on the EA active some workout freeze and gets me peed off I will be doing it right and then it does not register. I have been breaking it up and do different exercise other then the wii. But the Wii made me start to get back into exercising. I am seeing some definition in my abs. Ya for me and everyone that is doing exercises because of the Wii.

I just both the WII and the WII Fit and its fun. I have been doing my training exercise ever since I got it. Its motivated and fun to work with. I advise all those who are like me that hate to workout get one. Everyone out there drop a line and let me know how you like yours.
My sister and I just spent 6 weeks together, and we are getting along fine.
