Thank you both...My biggest hurdle right now...is the days that I work...I work at a gas station, on my feet for 8-9 hours a shift, so when I get home, my legs are already tired, & standing to do the wiifit, just hurts them more...but I'm going to start trying.

I think you have a good plan. You can do very well with the Wii Fit. I used that alone for quite a while before adding in more intense items like My Fitness Coach. Best of luck to you...you can do it!

Good luck with your goal, you can do it the Wii fit is great. I am doing the active more it gives me a better workout. But take your time and you will get where you want to.The Wii active is harder but it is fun as well.
I'm new to this team, but not new to SP or to the wii, but I am starting over on both. I get frustrated very easily when it comes to the whole weight loss thing. I've always been heavy except for a brief time when I was 18. I would like to be down to a nice decent weight that will allow me to chase my kids (I have 3 ages 12, 8, & 5). I'm doing the wiifit at first then I'd like to look into the next one which is active or something like that. But I want to "Master" wiifit first.
