Hello! I've been a member of Sparkpages for years now... but haven't actually logged in, for over a year. We picked up the Wii Fit as a family gift this March, and used it daily until the neighborhood pool opened. Now that the summer is cooling down & I'm not chasing the kids around a pool anymore, I'm getting back onto the board every day. This is my 5th day in a row - again, and my current routine is:
Warm-Up Sun Salutation & 10-rep Sideways Leg Lift Half-Moon & 10-rep Single-Leg Twist Table Tilt (I'm working on beating the kids)
Cool Down Penguin Slide or Tightrope 6-rep Torso Twists & Triangle 20-rep Jackknife, Bridge & Spinal Twist
I've got 70 pounds to lose, and the weight is coming down slowly... I'm usually pretty good about diet, but I can find all sorts of excuses not to exercise for the day. However even with part-time exercising, I've lost 4" at the waist, 2" at the hips and 3" at the bust since starting with Wii Fit... so I KNOW it's working!
