Welcome... I also am doing the 30 day challenge easy... almost done... have really enjoyed the Wii. Don't be surprised about being sore today, tomorrow and possible the 3 day after you start.. I could barely move. but the soreness in my legs finally went a way... Also when I started, and Wii had me running the track... I could not do it... I would stop every 5 seconds... and sit down... really!... now I can finish the 2 1/2 minute track without stopping... of course my heartrate is pumping... and I am sweating... but I am so glad I didn't give up. After the 30 day challenge, I will be doing it again only this time in the medium or hard mode. Good Luck!

Good Evening I join the team last night and am hoping that I can keep up. I have started the 30 day challenge and doing the easy one first, I am having fun and after the active challenge, I either do the fit or play the sports game for a bit. Trying to drop weight, tone up and be able to walk in the Oct 3rd Cancer Walk.
