After waffling about it for... gosh... months, I guess, I finally got a balance board & Wii Fit for my son's Wii (he'll never notice, right? ;) ) I also got the Jillian Michael's ultimatum (THEN read the reviews :( )
Anyway. Today was my first workout with it - I went through most of the Wii Fit exercises (skipped Aerobic, and only did two balance exercises) and a 5 minute "light" workout with the JM disc to see how it was. So far, so good!
Personal details: I'm starting from about 180, trying to get down to 160 - 155 or so. My big goal is to get & stay fit, osteoporosis and heart/cholesterol problems run in my family. The weight is an easy way to measure progress :). I'm married, two teens (well, almost - DD turns 14 in a few weeks, DS turns 13 in the fall), 5 cats, and I work full time as a Project Manager.
