Hello everyone! I joined SP late last month. I've been slowly digesting as much info as I can from the site and just stumbled into all of the SparkTeams. So, here I am.

I am a single, 34 yo female in NE Ohio. I've been steadily losing weight since Feb 07 through changes in lifestyle (better eating and exercising habits). I'm very excited about the progress I've made to date!!

I'm looking forward to the daily challenges!
