I know I find this group helps me a lot. Some days you just think you can't fit in ANYTHING. These challenges make it hard to NOT do, they take just, well FIVE minutes! So when I feel I am unable to fit even a short walk, I make the time for the challenge. Every little bit does help. And for me, I gotta start small. I mean itty bitty steps. THey all add up right?

I just stumbled across this SparkTeam, and I am so excited about it! I've been doing Spark for about a month now, and have just started slacking. Sometimes focusing on the end goal makes me lose sight of the great things I am doing (and need to continue doing) every day. So I am really excited to have these small (but important) daily challenges!
