Find a good time in your day when you can check in! I also keep track of the food I eat in a small notebook I keep at my desk so if I don't get onto the computer right away I still have it written down and then it can be transferred onto the computer next time you are close to it. Lastly DRINK LOTS OF WATER!

Goal #1- 20 pounds (237)
Goal #2- Under 200 pounds
Goal #3- Be what it say on my Drivers License 175
Goal #4- Healthy BMI (159)
