Welcome to the team. 5 minutes exercises are great, especially if you have small active kids at home. Search the Spark people Exercises and you will find some that are good.

I joined a few days ago. I am a single mom of 2 active daughters. To find exercises to do for 5 minutes would be wonderful since I at times do not have much time to do more than 5 minutes at a time.
