I like the walking videos. It's not just walking in place (that would be really boring). It's more like a personal aerobics class you can do in your LR. I also like the short core workouts - 10 min. or less - no equip. required. MIx it up with some yoga - good stuff!
Hi y'all! I began working with the daily menu about 3 months ago, and it has definitely helped me to keep a better handle on how and what I'm eating, but I still need to figure a way to get into exercising each day. I'm not in a position to go to the gym, and I won't buy a lot of expensive equipment, but I'm sure there is something I can do here at home. Any suggestions?
