Gabrielle: I started this because I was on Facebook all the time. So I posted a challenge one day and had so much encouragement that I've been doing it ever since. Kind of makes me feel like I got my own cheer leading squad, and it would be horrible to disappoint them by not doing my exercise for the day. Right now I'm at 2-3 exercise per day. My goal is to get to 5 moves for my daily challenge. I will say I noticed an increase of endurance after the first couple of weeks.
The past few weeks, a little over a month, I have been doing daily challenges on Facebook. It all started with me trying to find a way to motivate myself. So I grabbed an image of crunches and said "I will do 10 crunches for every like this picture gets." Will I had to do 200 crunches by the end of the day.
On top of the likes i had people commenting and telling me to keep at it. That made me so happy that I had to do it again. I've worked up to three moves per like or comment.
That is till this week. I will be starting the daily challenges back up on Monday. I had to deal with some grieving, because my best friend died in an accident last Friday. In lough of the daily challenges I've been cleaning and walking.
