I'm joining this team because I hate exercise and despite resolving over and over to begin, I just don't follow through. I like the 5 minute daily challenge, because emoticon that seems a possible beginning. I think I can do that. Perhaps my earlier attempts were too ambitious, i.e. walk for 30 minutes. So, I am hopeful....
