Hello, my name is Michelle and I am from Kentucky. Been 40 years of being unmotivated and unchallenged. I know this doesnt change over night, but starting with small changes, like 5 minutes a day is a small step in the right direction for me. Kicking off my new attitude and new out look is somehing of a challenge in itself, as I always been able to fall back into my quite existence and blend in. No more, I want to stand out! Not in a bad way, in the fun, active, lovin life kind of way.
