suggest you write down on a slip of paper a 5 minute goal, ie - do some stretching, walk for 5 minutes, etc. prepare a 'healthy grocerie list' that includes 1-2 new vegetables, read a motivational article or member's blog. Take a quiz etc.keep these slips in a 'bowl' Then each day choose from this bowl and do the activity.

Hi everyone joined sparkpeople in 2009 and I am still the same weight tired of being unhealthy looking for motivation, 5 minutes sound like a good way to stay motivated!
