Hi Diane. In the week and a half i have been here, fitness is the only thing i have been consistent in lol. I have a few tips that have helped me and hopefully u can incorporate them into your life to help you as well.
1. I go on Spark people right away in the morning. Helps me to get the motivation i need and reminds my brain that i am still doing this today lol.
2. As soon as im awake in the morning i start my workout. I usually go for a mile walk then do my 30 min workout. Otherwise i lose ambition as the day goes on.
3. Try to make sure you get enough sleep so your not to tired to workout. This is sometimes a problem for me because i have a 9 month old.
4. Drink lots and lots of water. I rarely ever make it to my 8 cups myself. But i keep on trying.
