this is a great site - however, it can be overwhelming at first as there is so much information - suggest you explore one item at a time - read other peoples blogs as I have learned much there as well as keep motivated with my goal to have a healthier lifestyle and loose these 'extra' pounds.
Hello! After 30m minutes of reading FAQ's I think I finally figured out how to post. New to SP and need to be accountable for my daily exercise. Not a big fan of any type of workout, but I do have a rebounder and numerous DVD's to do. I know I need to get my rear in gear but with just me and the kids at night, it's hard to find the time! I am an accountant and my days are mentally exhausting. My company owns 49 Dunkin Donut stores, so I have the daily temptation of donuts in our break room, fresh from the bakery downstairs. Haven't had one in over a month, but do sneak a munchkin a couple of times a week.
