Hi Helena!! By joining us here, you are now among some of the finest and motivating, inspiring, supportive and caring people to be found! bad case of the munchies, huh? You are definitely NOT alone in that! There is no one here, I would suppose, who is not suffering them at times and can only support you! Maybe you can start thinking of ways to trick your brain into not thinking of those munchies, ie. plan your to-do list for tomorrow, read a book, maybe watching a tv program,etc. For me this works some of the time, but if I grab an apple that is crunchy and delicious my munchies fade and I feel satisfied. Late night snack? Pink Lady apple!!
