Sometimes i have a hard day and it's hard to get back on track but if i want to lose weight i have to get back on the ball. Thisnis harder than i thought

emoticon Karen! I know what you mean- I suffered an accident and have multiple protruding discs in my neck that cause me pain :(
I tried the 11 minute seated workout in the Sparkpeople videos- that was great to add to my 5 minutes:)
Little bits at a time add up:) emoticon

I exercise but I am an asthmatic and its hard for me to do certain things so this may be what i need.
