emoticon I want to strengthen my legs - so in addition to my regular exercise routine - I plan to climb the stairs in my building at least 2 x per week for the month that -= 8 times for the month...and get on a stationary bike emoticon the same # of times emoticonemoticonemoticon

A new month and a new start! It's a start for me too. This month my goal is to lose 4 lbs.
So from today: 9.1.12 to next Saturday I will lose 1 lb!!
