This morning i went for my 40 minute walk but it started raining but like the saying says i am not made of salt. I also like tracking my food and my cooking in calculator it's great. Me too, i have the vacume to pass and a bit of cleaning.

Hi Becci and Paula,

What are you all doing today? I've done my stretching so far and some picking up. Now some sparking and soon I'll finish cleaning the bathroom. I have found that tracking what I eat is not so bad - I find I have been leaving it 'til the very end of the day and by then I am too tired. So I need to change that.

HI Diane

I also have a friend that walks fast but when she sees i sweat she slows. I find that walking with a ipod is fun it keeps you in the pace with nice music.

I had a friend to walk with but it was so hard to keep up with her - she's such a skinny minny! So I walk when I can or dance inside to praise music. I t sure does help to exercise regularly. emoticon

Thanks for the pep the message. I do track all what i put in my mouth. Good for you for that 63 minutes of exercise. I myself walk with a friend 3 times a week for 40 minutes.

So glad that your daughter 'turned you on' to Spark! I really don't know that the same eating style/plan works for everyone, but I know that our daily 5 minute challenges are: just get up and move!! If all you can handle is a walk out to your mailbox, that counts! I have now moved up from a 5 minute exercise to the 63 minute 5k that I completed today! You can and will get to the point of comfortably exercising! Really, you will! As far as eating: start out by using your Food Tracker: log everything that passes thru your lips! The peanut butter that you ate off the knife while making your sandwich counts!! If you aren't being brutaly honest with yourself you can't see, honestly, what needs to change about your eating! I look forward to sharing in our journeys!

I like this very much. My daughter called me today and was very excited to tell me about this site and told me to go on because it will motivate you mommy. I think with a forum also gives that urge to speak with other member to see what they are doing to stay healthy and their 5 minute daily challeng and diet and so on.
