So glad that your daughter 'turned you on' to Spark! I really don't know that the same eating style/plan works for everyone, but I know that our daily 5 minute challenges are: just get up and move!! If all you can handle is a walk out to your mailbox, that counts! I have now moved up from a 5 minute exercise to the 63 minute 5k that I completed today! You can and will get to the point of comfortably exercising! Really, you will! As far as eating: start out by using your Food Tracker: log everything that passes thru your lips! The peanut butter that you ate off the knife while making your sandwich counts!! If you aren't being brutaly honest with yourself you can't see, honestly, what needs to change about your eating!
